The great room opens out to your custom kitchen where the cooking enthusiasts of the family may prepare some fantastic home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen is the large formal dining table with seating for 16 people with additional seating for 8 at the breakfast bar.

Slide open the patio doors and step out to your private lanai where you will find a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table. The pool terrace will be your own oasis with a large patio area surrounding your private pool and spillover spa with sun loungers and tables and chairs.
