We have now rented 15 different houses via yourselves, Magical, Jeeves, Florida Vacationsand Vacasa This was by far the most expensive and reflects the number of bedrooms and Christmas holidays. There were just 5 of us. The good stuff : location to Traditions is great. It's west facing. We had an issue on Christmas Day with the waste disposal backing up and one of your chaps came out and fixed it. He was fabulous. The bad stuff: the house is not built to the standard of other Reunion properties. It looks amazing at first but there are lots of things that don't work or are missing. For example, there are no plug sockets on the kitchen counter tops you have to plug a kettle or coffee maker into the Kitchen Island which is dangerous with leads hanging off it. In one of the bedrooms the fan light comes on if the fan is switched on. So you cannot have the fan on at night when you need it. This may be controlled by a remote, but there was no remote. The air con does not work properly. When it's on Cool on the landing near the master, the master bedroom freezes (an exaggeration) whilst the landing stays warm or cools a little. There are others. We won't rent in Bears Dwn again as we know the same company built all the houses there. The service from Reunión Rental was great though. Maintenance came once and temporarily got it to warm it next day back to cold again. There is obviously something mechanically wrong that needs a permanent fix. Also need at least two coffee makers for a house this large. And a few coffee filters and more garbage bags and dishwasher soap for what we paid would have been nice. Otherwise pretty well equipped." The location on the golf course was superb, to keep it real, the home was not ready when we tried to check in at 4 PM, the girl working there actually shut the door in my face and locked the door, but we worked it out and she apologized, and unfortunately, for our kids the air hockey machine was broken, the video games were not functioning correctly, the PlayStation games also did not function. Unfortunately, the only negative for the house is that you can see that the house had a lot of abuse over the last five years of being rented, people just don't care about things, but that being said, waking up to the view every morning was awesome. By the way, the electronic gate entering the community does not have a functioning card or opening system, you have to call the guard shack to get it which is annoying."
